As she completed her B.A. in Public Health Policy from University of California, Irvine, she took courses about Complementary and Alternative Medicine, and knew that this was the view of health that she wanted to bring both to her own life and to others.
She went on to complete her Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences where she gradated Magna Cum Laude. Afterwards, she went on to further her education at Emperors College, where she received her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Dr. Vicencio believes in a patient-centered approach, and prides in her ability to work with other doctors and practitioners in order to give the patient the best treatment protocol. She has helped to treat many conditions including but not limited to: musculoskeletal pain, stress management, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and allergies.
